PACIFIC POKER IRREGULARITY

Last night I entered a $15 tournament with 728 other people. The top 60 got paid. I'm doing pretty well with about $12,000 chip when I get into the money.

There are around 55 players left and I have AQ under the gun. The blinds are $500 and $1000. I raised to $3,000 and folds all around until it gets to a guy who does nothing. There are no all-in protections on these tournaments and it doesn't matter anyway because he doesn't call my $3,000 bet. Instead of automatically folding him, the computer lets him see the flop for free. There is $4,500 dollars in the pot none from him and he bets $1,000 dollars after the flop, which stuns me and he shows down two pair and beats me and I lose half my stack.

Under the pressure of low stack, I was forced to play my 88 all-in and wound up finishing 47th for a little money. I wrote them about it last night and I have received no answer. I wrote them about a disconnect in the spring and got an answer in two hours.

I don't know if their software is flawed or if the guy found a way to cheat. It's not the most sophisticated place. I'm wondering if they plan to answer me at all.
