I played another qualifier to see if yesterday was a fluke and finished second again and earned another ticket.

I was so low in chips at one point that I was ranked 14 out of 17. The turnaround came when I had AK up against the overall chip leader. I gave a small raise before the flop and he called. The flop was a mess of cards lower than J. I went all in and the chip leader called. The turn was K and the River was A. Suddenly I was 3rd in chips and never looked back.

That same chip leader won the tournament when I had TK and the flop came T99. I went all in only to see his 9. It didn't matter. I was getting my ticket to the Sunday event regardless. Two tickets and no time to actually play the thing.
