JUDO POKER

I sat down at my favorite $100 PL game with three guys holding $400+ stacks. All three guys were playing agressively and could afford to. This meant that I could only limp in those times I was in late position. Another negative was that any preflop raise by me would be respected since I was playing so few hands. I got KK in early position and called taking the chance that someone would raise later and I could come over the top. No one raised and I saw the flop with 5 players. luckily Q was the top card and Mr. agreesive held one and bet the pot. I raised to $25 and everyone folded but that guy. I bet $50 on the turn and went all in on the river and he turned over his Queen stunned that I didn't raise with my kings.

In Judo you use your opponent's strength and force against him. It seems like you can do the same in poker with guys that play real agressive. Let them take the lead and bet your hand or slowplay earlier and trap them into calling all the way to the river. They want to bet and raise. Once you get a hand just let them come at you.
