I got a response last week but they haven't answered my response to that. Here's what has happened so far.

First my letter

I was playing the $15 +$1.50 $10,000 guarantee tournament tonight and something went wrong with the software. On Hand # 14989161 I raised the pot $3,000 and Reindl timed out without calling or folding. Instead of being folded automatically, Reindl stayed in the hand without actually putting any money in to call the bet. He then beat me on the hand. Did he somehow cheat or did the software let me down?

This is in no way to undermine your skills or progress during your play. In addition to refunding our members, we take steps to ensure that the problem does not reoccur. I've noticed that you still managed to win $54.60, therefore I am unable to refund the $16.50 buy-in, from this tournament.Thank you for your cooperation and understanding. My Rejoinder

Is this the final word on the matter or will there be some redress once the matter is investigated. It's true that I finished in the money, but I was already in the money when this incident occurred and it cost me a great portion of my chip stack. I think it would be a different story had it happened earlier in the tournament and I rebounded to make the money. In this situation the big loss forced me to play more aggressive and finish lower in the money than I would have otherwise. This could have been addressed immediately had there been a floor manager to contact like in a casino.
