$10 NL Tourney

I was eeking along with 5 players left and I had the least amount of chips. I went all in on my AT and doubled up and coasted until 2 players were eliminated. The chip leader defeated the 3rd place guy and we were 1 on 1. He held a 6670 to 880 chip lead over me. I fought and played tough and he went all in with his A5 and I matched him with my A7 and won. We were about even until the last hand.

I held AA in the big blind and he held 87h. He called my blind and the flop came 478.

He bet a little and I called. I had hoped that I could force him all in with my weak play, but he already had me beat. The turn was K and he went all in and I called. The river was another 7 and his full boat was made.

I could have gone all-in before the flop and he may have folded, but I saw a slow play as my best chance to end it. It was just dumb luck. It was also the 4th time out of the last 5 tournaments that I have finished second.
