10 of 220

It was the first time I had made it to the final table in the tourney with over 200 people. I did what I usually do and won some chips early and then waited it out. At the first break I was around 12 of 100. The second break had me at 15 out of 50. I was assured of making it into the money when I went all in with AA and got 3 callers. They had KK, QQ and JJ. I'm not kidding. Both me and the kings wound up with sets. That put me at 15,000. Once in the money, but near the bottom I went all-in with my TT and beat out AJ that joined me.

I was in the 9th place to start the last table with about 13,000 chips. The blinds were
1000 and 2000. The last place person had 4,000 so I felt pretty confident in at least 9th place. When that player went all in he got two callers, drew a miracle full house and tripled the money, the pressure was on me. Once the blinds were up to 1500 and 3000 I had about 11000 and went all in with my 77 and ran into AA. I needed to double bad. The chip leader had 80,000 and I was sinking fast. All in all it was 3 hours in effort for a triple of my buy-in. But good experience.
